We are seeking a seasoned Practice Lead to drive business growth and excellence.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will lead delivery across various client engagements, prioritizing accounts based on strategic importance and urgency. Key responsibilities include allocating resources efficiently, ensuring the necessary budget, personnel, and technology are allocated effectively.
A strong focus is placed on developing and implementing effective KPIs to measure project success and impact within the portfolio. Optimizing resource utilization, monitoring usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization, is also crucial.
Additionally, the Practice Lead will track project progress, reviewing status regularly to ensure timely completion and compliance with budgets and deliverables. Providing detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments, is an essential aspect of this role.
Proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies are vital in minimizing disruption to project execution. Effective stakeholder management ensures informed communication about project statuses, potential risks, and changes to the portfolio.
The successful Practice Lead will oversee financial planning analysis and budgeting aspects, forward-looking planning on revenue projections, staffing capacity, and regular reviews with key internal stakeholders.
Maintaining a high level of delivery teams' performance scorecards and implementing best practices and standards drives overall delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
