Job Description

As a seasoned Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and cost goals for our organization.

  • Develop winning proposals for clients, collaborating with senior team members as needed to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Participate in business development tasks and support marketing outreach programs to expand our market reach.
  • Lead the creation of industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, and case studies to drive business growth through strategic insights.
  • Build and train a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates specializing in techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials.
  • Manage client communication, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls to maintain strong relationships.
  • Articulate and facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions to drive informed decision-making.
  • Generate actionable recommendations for clients based on in-depth research and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional with:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • At least six years of experience in business research or consulting engagements.
  • Proven primary research skills and ability to train team members.
  • End-to-end management experience in business research or consulting engagements.
  • Excellent knowledge of market analysis, business analysis, technology analysis, competitor intelligence, and advanced MS Office.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
