Refunds Operations Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Refunds Operations Specialist to partner with cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence initiatives in refunds. This role involves working closely with colleagues to build tools and scripts that enhance refund processes.


About the Position
  • Owning and driving operational excellence projects to improve refund efficiency within Ordering Services group
  • Tackling and resolving issues using dashboards and tools to minimize downtime
  • Conducting root cause analysis of recurring problems
  • Automating solutions for repetitive issues to increase productivity
  • Developing tools to support operations and maintenance
  • Maintaining a knowledge base for future reference
  • Reviewing processes for opportunities to optimize and improve them

Qualifications
  • Programming expertise in one or more modern languages such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design principles
  • At least 3 years of experience contributing to system architecture and design
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
