Technical Systems Support Specialist

This role entails providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues while fostering strong working relationships with users and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rendering technical assistance to end-users.
- Addressing hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Maintaining excellent professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 0.6 month-2 years experience in technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions.

Other Information:
- L1 Desktop Support up to end-user level including hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Basic knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Basic Azure knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016.
- Knowledge in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications.
- Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
- Any certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage.
