Lead Generation Strategist - Luxury Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel lead sourcing strategies for our premium residential projects in Mumbai's most prestigious markets.

Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Strategist, you will be expected to build and execute lead generation plans that drive high-quality leads for our luxury real estate business. This will involve identifying and engaging with potential clients, as well as negotiating partnerships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and broker networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel lead sourcing strategies for luxury real estate projects
  • Build and engage HNI and broker networks to drive lead generation
  • Source premium leads from lifestyle platforms, corporate alliances, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor lead quality and optimize lead-to-sale conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize bookings and revenue

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market in South Mumbai, as well as excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. You should also have a proven track record in delivering aggressive lead and sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate lead generation, preferably in the SOBO market
  • Strong connections with HNIs and brokers in South Mumbai
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality leads and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Expertise in digital and offline high-end marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

KPIs:

  • Monthly qualified lead volume
  • Lead-to-visit and visit-to-sale conversion rates
  • Channel partner contribution to bookings
