We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior design professional to lead our client's interior design efforts in the real estate sector.

This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury/high-end design principles. As an Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing interior strategies for sales offices, show flats, and luxury amenities like clubhouses and entrance lobbies.

You will collaborate with architects and developers to ensure designs align with the brand vision and aesthetic. You will also oversee the selection of all apartment finishes and materials, including marble, tile, and sanitary fittings, ensuring high quality and durability.

Additionally, you will lead the sourcing of materials and work closely with vendors and contractors to maintain project schedules and budgets. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion and conduct site visits to ensure quality control.

You will mentor and supervise junior design staff and stay current on the latest trends and materials in interior design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in interior design, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring all designs meet high aesthetic and quality standards.
