At Savvysoft Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our US staffing team. This dynamic role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the US market, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate new leads and close deals.
Recruitment and Staffing:
• Understand client hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen and interview candidates to identify top talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and placement.
Account Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
