Customer Service Representative - US Voice Process

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for engaging customers in meaningful conversations, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and providing exceptional service experience.

About the Role:
  • Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or helpdesk as per process requirements.
  • Achieve sales and conversion goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and US calling regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour.
