Job Title: Tech Support Executive – Hindi Voice Process (Delivery Partner Onboarding)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Visakhapatnam
Job Type: Full-Tim / Part time
Shift: Day Shift / Rotational
Languages Required: Fluent Hindi (mandatory), Basic English (preferred)
Job Summary
We are hiring Tech Support Executives for our Hindi Voice Process to assist and onboard delivery partners over phone calls. You will guide new delivery partners through the registration process, resolve their technical issues, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential delivery partners
- Guide them through the sign-up and document verification process
- Help with app installation, login issues, and activation steps
- Resolve basic technical problems related to the onboarding app
- Explain delivery policies, incentives, and support channels
- Follow up on incomplete registrations and encourage completion
- Maintain call logs and update CRM records accurately
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and troubleshooting
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
- Customer-centric attitude with a sales-oriented approach
- Basic data entry and computer skills
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (any stream)
- Prior BPO/voice process experience preferred (not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
