
Patient Care Advocate

Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly meet with patients to understand their concerns and ensure they receive quality care.
- Collect patient feedback through prescribed forms and compile the results into a management information system for periodic review by senior leadership.
- Resolve patient grievances in a timely and satisfactory manner, working closely with hospital departments as needed.
- Enhance the overall patient experience by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with department heads and floor managers to address patient complaints and provide updates to the facility director.
- Prepare and distribute regular lists of VIP patients to senior management.
- Record patient feedback from those scheduled for discharge in the General Register Module.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
