Job Title: Patient Care Advocate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly meet with patients to understand their concerns and ensure they receive quality care.
  • Collect patient feedback through prescribed forms and compile the results into a management information system for periodic review by senior leadership.
  • Resolve patient grievances in a timely and satisfactory manner, working closely with hospital departments as needed.
  • Enhance the overall patient experience by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with department heads and floor managers to address patient complaints and provide updates to the facility director.
  • Prepare and distribute regular lists of VIP patients to senior management.
  • Record patient feedback from those scheduled for discharge in the General Register Module.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
