Unit HR Head Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to fill the role of Unit HR Head. The selected candidate will partner with unit leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute HR initiatives that support business goals.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment through employee engagement programs and regular communication.
  • Implement a performance management system that includes goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide them with development opportunities through the Talent Development Centre in partnership with the corporate HR team.
  • Work with the corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in individual development plans (IDPs) to enhance functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Design and implement recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and integrate them into the team.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with the corporate L&D team to provide relevant training programs.
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + MBA in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
