Senior Business Development Executive
We're seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth for our design solutions vertical. The role focuses on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services.
- Bolster a qualified sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into effective UI/UX design solutions.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
- Maintain a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven ability to close deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
