Job Title: User Acquisition Manager

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the user acquisition strategy and driving business growth through innovative marketing tactics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new campaigns and optimize existing ones on multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop high-performing ad creative and ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to drive success in user acquisition efforts.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making and resource planning to scale user acquisition efforts efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership and drive results.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in metrics-driven roles.
  • Practical knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and user acquisition KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze data from attribution platforms and present insights.
  • Understanding of ad creative formats and how to brief design teams for performance-driven assets.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving attitude, both with and without direction.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with user acquisition techniques, strategies, audience building, and targeting.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in math, marketing, or finance.
