Lead the creation of a holistic marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in growth and retention marketing to drive user and merchant acquisition.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee our Growth & Retention Marketing efforts across the entire lifecycle – from performance marketing to retention strategies.
You'll develop campaigns that scale app downloads and increase stickiness while driving merchant acquisition through targeted approaches and funnel design.
A successful candidate will have a strategic mindset to plan across multiple channels and hands-on capabilities to execute tactical initiatives.
Your understanding of full-funnel marketing machines and cohort-led growth will enable you to build high-performing campaigns and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, UAC, ASA)
- Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition, and engagement
- Create lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to enhance LTV and reduce churn
- Analyze data, segment users, and personalize communication
- Ongoing A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization of CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS
- 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record across B2C and B2B funnels
- Proficiency in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO
- Strong analytics and experimentation skills
- Fintech/app/payments background is a significant plus
