We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead client acquisition and account management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve business targets and enhance customer engagement
- Promote our services to corporate and retail clients, leveraging your expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Cultivate new leads through referrals, networking, and market outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier corporate executives (CXOs/VPs) to drive business development
- Negotiate contracts, onboard clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless implementation
- Deliver engaging presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions to prospective clients
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving queries and ensuring smooth servicing
- Fresh graduates or experienced professionals with 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and achieve targets. Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs is essential.
