Content and Community Specialist

Our organization seeks an exceptional Content and Community Specialist to spearhead user engagement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

This role demands outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • The primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Develop strategies to scale daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Implement effective upskilling and monetization programs for matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to ensure long-term engagement and success.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay updated with new social media trends, insights, and best practices to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
