
Chief Channel Developer

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual to lead our channel business in Rajasthan, India.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive market growth, partner satisfaction, and profitability. You will manage our channel ecosystem, work closely with partners on the ground, and ensure recurring sales in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Management: Build, nurture, and manage a network of partners/agents in Rajasthan and nearby markets.
- Business Development: Identify new channel opportunities and onboard potential partners to expand our network.
- On-Ground Execution: Conduct regular field visits, partner meetings, and market surveys to monitor performance and address operational issues.
- Strategic Ownership with Profitability Focus: Plan and execute business growth strategies with a constant focus on revenue generation and margin improvement.
- Profitability Tracking: Monitor costs, optimize partner incentives, and ensure each initiative contributes positively to the bottom line.
- Recurring Sales Model: Drive sales in a recurring revenue framework by maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring consistent order volumes.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partners, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Performance & Profit Analysis: Regularly review partner KPIs, sales trends, and financial performance to take timely corrective actions.
- Minimum 5 years in channel sales, partner management, or similar roles.
- Experience as commissioning agent, in SIM card distribution, or similar recurring sales channels is highly preferred.
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven track record of meeting sales, profitability, and growth targets.
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
