Job Title: Contract Negotiation Specialist

As a seasoned contract negotiation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts. You will be responsible for direct negotiation with clients and business heads, while managing APAC as a region within an in-house legal team of an IT/ITES company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drafting and reviewing IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.">
  • Reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Agreement, and other contractual documents.">
  • Handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, service providers, sub-contractors – software license, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, manpower, etc.">
  • Liaising and making contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders, working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.">
  • Responsible for safeguarding the interest of the company in contractual matters and identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations.">

Requirements:

LLB professionals with 5-10 years experience are required for this role. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
