Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contract and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating risks.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes. Your analytical skills will help identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively.

You will provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making. Additionally, you will liaise with external counsel for litigation and specialized matters.

Maintaining organized legal records and drafting standardized policies is also a key responsibility. Preparing and sending legal notices when required will be part of your duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and intellectual property laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design, with exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws, and commercial contracts.
