Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate all functions and services within the branch
  • Implement systems to optimize operational efficiency
  • Handle crisis situations effectively
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Fleet Management:
  • Ensure fleet administration aligns with company policies and standards
  • Monitor fleet allocation to meet client requirements
  • Maintain a suitable chauffeur-to-fleet ratio
Sales & Servicing:
  • Develop new business opportunities and increase sales from existing clients
  • Analyze market information and performance data
  • Achieve set targets and handle major complaints
Finances:
  • Prepare annual budget for the branch
  • Manage fund flow and control expenses
  • Monitor receivables and ensure statutory compliance
HR & Administrative:
  • Oversee branch administration and ensure efficiency
  • Staff and train the customer service and drivers team
  • Monitor team performance and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure implementation and monitoring of statutory compliance

Competencies required:

Educatio nal Qualification:

  • Graduate / Hotel Management
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance

Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, of which 5 - 7 years should be as a branch head in a reputed car rental company.
