Shaping the success of our organization by overseeing human resources and administrative operations is a pivotal role. This position requires managing HR processes, ensuring smooth workflow, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
- Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Source and hire candidates through reputable job portals.
- Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
Employee Management & Engagement:
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
- Implement effective communication strategies to bridge management and employees.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms.
Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
