Job Overview:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute advanced analytics strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products by applying predictive modelling, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
- Create interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with regional analytics teams to share best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying.
- Mentor junior team members to promote analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
- Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
- Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
- Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
- Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
