Business Insights Analyst

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex data to inform business decisions and improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Data Collection: Collect and organize large datasets, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Problem-Solving and Modelling: Develop innovative solutions to data collection and cleaning issues, as well as statistical models and algorithms to drive business outcomes.
  • Data Preparation and Analysis: Gather data from multiple sources, prepare it for analysis, and uncover trends and patterns in structured and unstructured data.
  • Predictive Modelling: Build and deploy machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Validation and Communication: Use statistical techniques to validate findings, ensure accuracy, and create clear visualizations and reports to communicate results effectively.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with different teams to apply data-driven insights, collaborate with business stakeholders, and demonstrate proactive cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertox, MLops scalability, model development, containerization (Docker), and excellent communication - both visual and verbal.
