Business Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Data Analyst.

  • Maintain and enhance business data management systems to provide actionable insights for growth, cost control, and efficiency improvements.

This role involves:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) using advanced analytical techniques and data visualization tools.
  • Consolidate financial, operational, and business data into dashboards and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables by maintaining high standards and adhering to project deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), Power BI, and other relevant data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics, including key KPIs and trend analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably in financial services/investments/payments.
