Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to measure, analyze, and scale the impact of our initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, event registrations, sponsor reports, feedback forms, etc.)
  • Create actionable dashboards and reports that track key metrics, such as leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event performance
  • IDentify patterns in data to support strategy and drive decision-making
  • Work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain accurate and consistent data pipelines
  • Experiment with predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio)
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data insights in simple terms
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets
  • Curiosity to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions
  • Bonus: Knowledge of analytics platforms, CRM systems, or event-tech solutions
