Job Title: Healthcare Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will lead Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
