Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Engineering professional to support the development and implementation of innovative AI-driven analytics solutions in the healthcare sector.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and integrate data pipelines that support automated workflows, bots, and AI agents for predictive analytics, risk stratification, fraud detection, and other use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data solutions to support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
  • Perform data cleaning, rationalization, and normalization to ensure data quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Aggregate and consolidate datasets from multiple sources, including EHRs, claims, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct data quality assurance and validation checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to align data preparation with project goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, transformations, and metadata.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in data engineering, specifically in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and automation frameworks for data workflows.
  • Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple healthcare systems and vendors.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, APIs, specialized payer platforms, enterprise integration platforms, and excellent collaboration skills.
