About the Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to collaborate on creating cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI models, with a focus on natural language processing, computer vision, and large language models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming and experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers, to design and implement scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored AI models that meet business needs
  • Design and deploy large language models or other deep learning architectures
  • Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or related domains
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain
  • Experience in deploying models to production environments
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.)
