Job Title: AI/ML Innovator

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our machine learning efforts and drive innovation in the field of cybersecurity.

This role requires a strong background in machine learning, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) like LLaMA 3. The ideal candidate will bring experience in fine-tuning and domain adaptation using frameworks such as vLLM, HuggingFace, and DeepSpeed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fine-tune and domain adapt open-source LLMs for various cybersecurity tasks.
  • Develop data pipelines to ingest, clean, and structure cybersecurity data, including threat intelligence reports and configuration files.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts to build taxonomy and structured knowledge representations.
  • Design and execute evaluation frameworks for cybersecurity tasks like classification, summarization, and anomaly detection.
  • Own the lifecycle of model development, from training to deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers and researchers.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years focused on LLM training or fine-tuning.
  • Strong experience with vLLM, HuggingFace Transformers, LoRA/QLoRA, and distributed training techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (PyTorch, Transformers), and MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector stores like FAISS or Weaviate.
