About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Solutions Lead to join our team at HealthSetGo Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end post-sales customer management, ensuring successful delivery of on-ground and virtual health programs in collaboration with all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding and Retention
  •     Work with the team to onboard new clients and renew old clients through our onboarding process, ensuring each client is well-informed of the services taken by them.
  •     Coordinate with clients to line up the health program as per dates suitable to them and our internal operational teams.
  •     Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  •     Ensure client satisfaction so as to ensure renewal of the program at the end of the year mark.
  •     Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product and development teams.
  •     Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights that drive their success.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  •     Develop and implement a strategic plan for every client to ensure delivery of HealthSetGo Education's on-ground health services.
  •     Oversee the execution of all client engagements such as on-ground health check-ups, health workshops, and nurse deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  •     Collaborate with company senior leadership to align delivery strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Project and Program Management
  •     Ensure all deliveries are managed efficiently, with proper scope, timeline, and resource allocation within company budgets.
  •     Ensure empanelment of doctors, hospitals, and other partners to effectively deliver the program.
  •     Prepare P/L for each school and adhere to company cost metrics.
  •     Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring any escalations are promptly addressed.
  • Leadership and Team Enablement
  •     Enable and develop the team of customer success-associates, operations teams, and implementation managers towards successful delivery of our program.
  •     Foster a culture of excellence, learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience
  •     Minimum of 3 years of strategic and hands-on experience in customer success, program management preferably in the Healthcare or Education industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills
  •     Client Focus: Deep understanding of client relationship management and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  •     Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with client goals and drive business outcomes.
  •     Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  •     Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  •     Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
  •     Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technologies and software tools used in project management and client delivery.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role is based in Gurugram, India.
