We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team.

This role is responsible for defining intrinsic and product level reliability requirements, purchasing and operationalizing necessary test and monitoring equipment, developing and implementing standardized lab procedures, supporting R&D and tech transfer teams with reliability analysis, building and leading a cross-functional team, and building strong customer relationships.

To succeed in this position, you must have a Master's or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent, and 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

You should possess a proven track record of successfully transitioning new technologies into high volume production, excellent problem-solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools, and an innovation and competitive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Define intrinsic and product level reliability requirements

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
