Our organization is at the forefront of manufacturing precision components and is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry.

This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

The team member will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams and achieving project completion within timeline and cost targets.

  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with a proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production.
  • They will also possess proven problem solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining intrinsic and product level reliability requirements
  • Purchasing, installing and operationalizing all necessary test and monitoring equipment
  • Developing and implementing standardized lab procedures
  • Supporting R&D and tech transfer teams with reliability analysis
  • Building strong customer relationships based on confidence in technical capabilities and technology/manufacturing reliability
