Job Title

An intrinsic reliability head is responsible for defining and managing the reliability of products in the semiconductor industry.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and achieving project completion within timeline and cost targets.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing standardized lab procedures, supporting R&D and tech transfer teams with reliability analysis, and building strong customer relationships based on confidence in technical capabilities and technology/manufacturing reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production, with expertise in accelerated testing methods, device failure modes, and product level accelerated testing.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, ability to procure and maintain these tools, and innovative mindset are essential qualities for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define intrinsic and product level reliability requirements
  • Develop and implement standardized lab procedures
  • Support R&D and tech transfer teams with reliability analysis
  • Build and lead a cross functional team across diverse geographies
  • Build strong customer relationships based on confidence in TEPL technical capabilities and technology/manufacturing reliability
