Job Title: High-Performance System Reliability Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent system failures and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tools and pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Apply programming expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services, leveraging languages like Java, Python, and Bash.
  • Mentor peers, champion best practices, and foster innovation within the team.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a master's degree being preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Monitoring and APM tools knowledge.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified - Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
  • A passion for creating a culture of automation, resilience, and learning.
