Job Overview:

As a high-performing member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance tests to validate system scalability, responsiveness, and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-leading tools like NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and more
  • Analyze test results, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform product roadmap decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools: NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter
  • Strong understanding of performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability
  • Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for monitoring
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance validation
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Desirable Skills:
  • Exposure to cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell) for automation
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
