
High-Performing Paid Ads Specialist

- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and create engaging ad copy.
- Monitor campaigns daily and make real-time optimizations to meet KPI targets.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through detailed performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spends strategically across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
For success in this role, you'll need:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing high-performing paid ads campaigns with significant monthly spend.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- A self-motivated, data-driven mindset.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, e-commerce campaigns and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL.
