Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in running high-performing campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. They will be responsible for analyzing campaign results, optimizing strategies, managing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end campaign execution (Google Search, Display, Meta Ads)
  • Daily optimization to improve CPL, CTR, ROAS
  • Keyword planning, audience targeting, and ad testing
  • Campaign reporting using Looker Studio + internal templates
  • Collaborate with our design + content teams for creatives
  • Run A/B tests, spot fatigue, and suggest sharp creative angles
  • Weekly performance reviews and improvement planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience running campaigns
  • Ability to read metrics and know what to do when ROAS/CPL dips
  • Structured reporting and daily reviews are essential
  • Experience with tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets is a plus
