Voice Process Professional for US Clients

Job Summary:

We seek highly motivated Voice Process Associate professionals to support US-based clients with excellent English communication skills and international voice process experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients.
  • Resolve product, service, billing, or technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service.
  • Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream with 2-4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
  • Ability to work night shifts and meet performance metrics.

Preferred Attributes:

  • US accent experience supporting North American clients.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to think critically.
