Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for a large workforce. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits, income tax, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.

This role requires precision, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of labor laws and tax regulations.

The successful candidate will administer end-to-end payroll for over 5000 employees across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer end-to-end payroll for over 5000 employees across multiple locations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including bonuses, arrears, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, exits, and status changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in India payroll administration, preferably in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience managing payroll for 5000+ employees is highly desirable.
  • Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP or equivalent) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
