We are looking for a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community building initiative, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our followers and driving engagement across our digital platforms.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online community.
- Manage and create content for our social media channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Actively interact with followers through comments, direct messages, and other forms of engagement.
- Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align tone and messaging across all channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
- A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is an advantage.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands is a plus.
