Job Title: Growth Driver

Growth Driver is a pivotal role in our organization, accountable for spearheading user acquisition and community building initiatives.

The Role:

  • Establish a strong presence in trading communities by becoming an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.

  • Drive user acquisition by identifying and converting potential users through personalized outreach and demos.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms to enhance user adoption.

  • Personalize onboarding for new users to ensure they comprehend and actively utilize the product.

  • Build and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement.

  • Conduct growth experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what proves effective.

  • Own the metrics related to user acquisition and activation targets.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building or managing communities with 1000+ members.
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at a broker or trading platform.
  • Existing network within trading communities.
  • Personal trading or investment experience.
  • Content creation capabilities.
  • Early-stage startup experience.
