Site Visit Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

The Site Visit Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating site visits for potential customers, ensuring an excellent on-site experience. This includes scheduling appointments, guiding tours, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the community and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits for potential customers.
  • Guiding tours and providing detailed information about the community and its offerings.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the site visit process.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of site visits.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and customer service and relationship management skills. Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. The candidate should also have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field and fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
