Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Fostering a positive work environment and driving overall human resources and administrative functions is the pivotal role of our Human Resources Manager.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring smooth hiring processes.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees, setting them up for success.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive growth and development.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees, providing opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing risk and liability.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, serving as a trusted advisor to the team.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, to create a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Supervise administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with ability to stay up-to-date on changes and updates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with capacity to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
