Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead a high-performing HR team, driving focus and progress on critical metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to develop effective leadership skills.
  • Identify key roles and talent, developing strategies to staff these positions with top performers.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform executive decisions on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
