Director of Learning Strategy

We're looking for a visionary leader to drive our learning strategy and architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a culture of continuous growth by designing learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip team members to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with business leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
  • Leverage AI-driven learning to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways.
  • Drive certifications with business impact by owning the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications.
  • Lead a team of learning champions who think big, iterate fast, and deliver with empathy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, builder's mindset, and high empathy.
  • Experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and certification programs.
  • Masters in HR, Psychology, or similar (MBA preferred).
  • Proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs.
  • Stellar stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
