About the Role:
  • Academic Leadership: Develop and implement the school's strategic plan, aligned with the university's mission.
  • Research and Innovation: Foster a culture of research excellence, encouraging faculty to undertake impactful projects and build partnerships with industry and international institutions.
  • Operational Management: Supervise the recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation of faculty and administrative staff, manage the school's budget, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Key Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Visionary approach to problem-solving, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Leadership Expertise: Proven track record in teaching, research, and administrative leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the legal education landscape, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D Degree: In Law from a reputable and recognized University in India or Abroad.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of academic or professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
