Job Title:

Strategic Legal Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Legal Director to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping our legal strategy and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Provide expert legal advice to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks across all aspects of the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and ensure our business is compliant.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE across law firms and in-house roles.
• Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting.
• Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.
• Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving markets.
