Job Summary

A seasoned professional is sought to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge learning solutions. This role combines consulting expertise with instructional design excellence to drive impactful outcomes for clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative learning solutions that integrate assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences through visual storytelling, simulations, and blended learning approaches.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate solutions against client business goals and measurable impact.

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Lead large-scale client engagements, managing project timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.

Growth & Capability Development

  • Collaborate with account teams to shape and execute expansion strategies.
  • Develop and deliver high-stakes presentations and pilots to senior executives.
  • Cultivate opportunities for innovation and growth in learning solutions and consulting services.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Mentor and coach consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
  • Mobilize resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
