We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Enterprise Software Support team. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing the application support, services, and cloud support teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution.

Our ideal candidate has multiple project experience along with software development expertise in banks and more than 10 years of experience. They should have strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, understanding their needs and aligning services to meet their expectations. They will also ensure early identification and reporting of possible product defects, actively collaborating with implementation teams and communicating findings to the product development team for continuous improvement.

The role involves defining and implementing service delivery strategies, ensuring efficient processes and timely project completion. The Director will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and actively seeking new clients.

Key responsibilities include monthly planning with the team, monitoring of open tickets, and facilitating team discussions to identify solutions for open issues. The candidate will also maintain customer relationships, increase CSI, and ensure that support provided is within agreed SLAs.

The Director will plan, communicate, and execute change requests throughout the support lifecycle. They will guide and review Requirements Documents for change requests, identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project, and communicate through project status reports and project boards.

Escalation management, performance management, customer management, and talent development are also essential aspects of the role. The successful candidate will create an innovative, open, and high-performing culture in the team, drive operational metrics, and build process compliance.

Required skills and qualifications include 10 years of experience in IT company, well-versed in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environment. The candidate should have experience in L3 support to enterprise clients such as banks, Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science, and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
