Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, maintain statutory records.
  5. Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
  6. Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  7. Partner actively with the leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a dynamic setting.

· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

· Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
